The House is set on
2 floors and sleeps up to 10+2 people , but
if you are a smaller group you can rent just part of
the house which sleeps 2 up 6 people .**
On the first floor there
is a large well-lit living room with an open-fire, a
reading area with a selection of books to choose
from, sofa, armchairs and a sofabed for two people.
The spacious dining room is lovingly furnished in
the Tuscan style with a gorgeous open hearth in the
middle of the room and satellite TV.
There is a kitchen and one twin bedded room + 1
additional bed and a bathroom with bath.
On the second floor there is a large family room
with a king size bed + two beds , one double bedroom
and one bedroom with a three-quarter bed, 2
bathrooms both with a shower.
** Renting
just part of the house you won’t have access to the
en-suite family room and the large living room.

The large garden is adjacent to the house
and
it is well equipped with sun loungers, tables,
chairs, a solar paneled shower, a barbecue and a
practical outdoor kitchen allowing you to have your
"al fresco meals", in the privacy afforded by the
surrounding woodlands. You will be able to taste the
fresh vegetables grown by the owner in his vegetable
garden.

The swimming pool is shared with the proprietors,
who seldom use it.
Please take note that ,due to ordinary maintenance
, on the arrival day the swimming pool will be

Notes on accommodation
Hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, satellite TV, room
fans, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/iron board, BBQ, cots,
high chairs, small safety cage on top of the stairs, use of
washing machine. Towels and linen are included and changed
weekly. The final cleaning at changeover is not included in the
price.
Changeover day
From Saturday to Saturday. In low season we are
flexible according to availability. Check in from
4.30pm. Check out 10.00 am
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.
Parking is available near the house.
Booking notes
Payment on reservation : 20% of the total amount by
bank transfer (you will be informed of the account
number on confirmation of your reservation).
Balance to be paid in cash soon upon arrival.
Security
Deposit:
a deposit of € 200 is required
soon upon arrival. The full amount of the deposit
will be returned on departure providing that after
inspection of the house no damage has occurred.
